The MERPI Dashboard
The MERPI Dashboard is your merchant portal at dashboard.syticks.com.
The MERPI Dashboard is your merchant portal at dashboard.syticks.com. It gives you full visibility and control over your integration, from monitoring ticket sales to managing your wallet and withdrawing your commissions.

Switching Environments
The Dashboard reflects whichever environment you are currently in. Use the toggle at the top of the page to switch between Staging and Live. Everything you see, your wallet balance, transaction history, and API keys, will update to match the selected environment.

Always confirm which environment you are in before performing any action, especially wallet top-ups and withdrawals. Actions in the Live environment involve real money.
Dashboard Features
Ticket Sales
The sales section shows you every ticket purchased through your integration in real time. You can see the ticket type, the amount, the customer, and the transaction status.

Commissions
Your commissions from each transaction are tracked and displayed here. You can see a breakdown by ticket category and filter by date range.

Commission rates are agreed per merchant during onboarding. If you have questions about your commission structure, reach out to us at hello@syticks.com.
Wallet
Your MERPI wallet holds the funds you need to process transactions as well as the commissions you have earned. You can see your current balance and a full history of wallet activity, including top-ups, transaction charges, and withdrawals.
